The Full Search is the traditional view of executive search with the addition of the Hawes Partners level of service and excellence. We have a 4-step process that starts with sitting with clients to identify their needs and fit requirements, engages our core excellence of  “headhunting”, follows up with the selection process and final negotiations, and our process concludes with our aftercare contact. We set ourselves apart with our personal service and concentrated client relationship 

1.   Understand Your Needs.   We will meet with your search committee and interview members of your senior management team to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the needs, goals, and culture of your organization. Based on these discussions, we will develop a list of candidate qualifications and search parameters.  We tailor the search to your needs, produce a detailed search plan and schedule and issue the Candidate Information Brief which impresses the candidate from the outset and sets the tone for the search. 

2.   Search.   Based on your needs, our team will begin to research and compile an extensive list of potential candidates. We approach these candidates with two goals in mind.  First to inform and solicit personal interest, and second as a source for other potential candidates. It has been our experience that the best candidates are often at least one degree of separation from the original contact pool. We present the opportunity to all prospective candidates using a Candidate Information Brief. This gives candidates a tangible record of the opportunity to review at their convenience. It also outlines the steps in the process and our expectations. Throughout this phase of the search, we will provide regular updates on our progress.

3.   Candidate Processing & Selection.   Once a group of qualified candidates has been identified, we begin our formal interview process. First, an extensive personal or telephone interview is conducted. This, combined with the information gathered during the recruiting process, will give us a basis for making assessments of each candidate's ability to meet your needs and the level of cultural fit with your organization.  A list of the most qualified candidates is then presented for your review. From this, we further narrow the field to a short-list of candidates who will meet with your selection committee. If needed, we can help prepare or provide interview questions, make arrangements for meeting space and assist in other logistics. In-depth reference checks are conducted on the finalist candidate. We work with both you and the candidate to deal with any last minute issues and assist in negotiating an offer and start date.

4.   Follow Up.   We will meet with you and your new executive during the first year after the hire to help address any issues and ensure a smooth transition.
