There are 4 aspects to Hawes Partners activity: Executive Search. Our core excellence is executive search. Hawes Partners is a boutique retained executive search firm based in Ottawa. We specialize in assignments at the senior management and C-level (CEO, CFO, etc.). This core ability allows us to find the executive you need and is central to the other aspects of our work. Building the Executive Team. A company can live or die by the quality or composition of its senior leadership. At Hawes Partners we understand how to build a management team. Not only do you need to bring in executives to fill functional gaps and who fit in culturally; you also need them to complement strengths and address weaknesses across the existing team. It is the collective knowledge of the overall executive that will give a company the edge it is seeking. Planning for Evolution and Succession. Key players who enjoy success will seek new challenges, retiring owners may wish to hand over the reigns and ensure continuing business success. The needs of the business may change during transition from start-up to steady-state or during growth. Many of these changes can be anticipated and to varying extents planned for.
